This policy explains what information NextGen Game Repair collects through nextgengamerepair.com and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Order details: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, the repairs you book and notes you add.
• Payment details: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and the last details Stripe shares with merchants (such as card brand). We never receive or store your full card number.
• Messages: what you send through our contact form.
• Cart: your cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you check out.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell your information.

How we use it

• To complete your repair, ship your device back, and contact you about your order.
• To answer your questions and quote repairs.
• To keep records required for taxes, accounting and fraud prevention.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to process payments.
• Shipping carriers, to return your device.
• Our website host, which stores the site and order records.
• Authorities, only when required by law.

Our contact section shows a Google Map. Google may collect data when it loads under the Google Privacy Policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes, usually up to 7 years. Contact messages are deleted when no longer needed.

Your choices
